Fases del ProcedimientoIn the case of settlements of payment obligations related to the recognition of pensions and benefits coming within the authority of the Directorate General for Staff Costs and Public Pensions, it is not necessary to submit an application.
In other cases the interested party should present the duly completed application form(s) with all relevant documentation to the appropriate registries.
If a financial supplement is requested, the procedure will be initiated by the interested party, by means of an application addressed to the Directorate General for Staff Costs and Public Pensions (Subdirectorate General for Pension Management), which has powers to decide on such cases.
Financial awards made in response to declarations by the interested party will be provisional until such declarations have been verified.

At times the Government may review decisions on financial supplements, when it sees fit or at the request of the interested party. The recipient will be required to reimburse any amounts paid to which he/she is not entitled.

Pensioners are, moreover, required to report any change in the details originally declared.

If applicants are requesting the Accumulation of the part of a jointly held pension which a beneficiary is no longer receiving, in favour of the other joint participants, or the Restitution of a pension which is no longer being received, they must initiate proceedings by submitting an application to the Directorate General for Staff Costs and Public Pensions (Subdirectorate General for Pension Management), which has powers to decide on such cases.

  • Recurso de reposición potestativo previo al recurso contencioso-administrativa, a interponer en el plazo de 1 mes, ante la DG de Costes de Personal y Pensiones Públicas.
  • Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente a su notificación
