Recursos	Appeal to the National Commission for Aid and Assistance for Victims of Violent Crimes and Crimes against Sexual Freedom or to the Directorate General of Social Security Organisation, within 1 month. Extraordinary appeal for review as specified in Law 30/1992, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedures (RJAP / PAC) against resolutions of the aforesaid Directorate General and against Decisions of the Commission, to the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations, within 4 years or 3 months, as established in article 118 of the aforesaid law.
